Research Methods

To begin with, I conducted extensive research on surfing therapy, including its benefits and the target audience.
I found that the target audience is individuals interested in alternative therapy forms, such as yoga and meditation, and those passionate about surfing.
Also, I found that individuals interested in surfing therapy usually seek a way to improve their mental and physical
well-being.

The Survey

The survey was conducted on Google Forms and answered by 50 people and measured in percentages.

Have you ever tried practicing / therapy for the mind such as yoga, or meditation workshops?
Do you think that exercises or therapy in this style achieve good results and indeed create meaning for the practitioner in everyday life?
To what extent would you be interested in experimenting with the practice of chi in surfing?
If there was a website that provided tools for home practice using the surfing chi practice method, would you surf it?
To what extent would you be interested in continuing practices using digital media between meetings with the practitioner/instructor?
To what extent would you be interested in receiving a notification about a place that has become available for practice with an instructor that day?
